It is not just about the new phenomenon of hybrid working. The right physical office environment that helps connect us to one another also matters.
We also want our work environment to be inspiring, flexible, digitally smart, with trust-based collaboration and employee wellbeing front and centre. A space that reflects our culture and values, the backbone of our company.
What are you coming to the office for? Of course, for your colleagues. To see each other, to follow training together, to participate in creative brainstorming sessions. We are redesigning our buildings and offices to become a vibrant meeting place that further enhances our corporate culture.

A quick tour around our construction sites
First stop: Belgium, where we announced our move to a new headquarters. Ageas Corporate Centre will relocate to a brand-new location, the Manhattan building… in Brussels! Manhattan has been completely renovated and designed with the future in mind, very much putting sustainability and well-being first.
In line with our new strategy and in response to the new ways of working, we were looking for an inspiring environment where sustainability and the wellbeing of our employees are at the centre. We are happy we found a new home base for the Ageas headquarters, corresponding to our values, vision, and ambition. I am convinced that our move will positively contribute to our ambition to be a Great place to Grow for all our employees and that we will make remarkable things happen here!

The AG Campus
Also in Brussels, AG’s existing office location has been expanded with a brand-new learning and innovation centre, the AG Campus. A new learning and development hub where employees can share their individual talents and be inspired by others’. Employees can take advantage of the most modern learning techniques to extend their skills and expertise. All in a fully sustainable environment going for net-zero.
New Portugal Offices
Last stop: Portugal where new offices in Porto and in Lisbon are being built to consolidate six geographically dispersed office sites into two. These state-of-the-art offices will create greater proximity and the conditions for the new way of working expressed in the Olá amanhã programme (‘Hello Tomorrow’), incorporating also a dedicated learning and development space.
Focus on Sustainability
The intention is that these buildings will be BREEAM certified on completion*, aiming for the level ‘very good’ to ‘excellent’, guaranteeing social, environmental, and economic performance. From managing our energy, water, and waste consumption ecologically, to the use of sustainable or circular materials and ensuring all the conditions of well-being for our employees.
* Except from the AG Campus which is considered an annex of an existing building
