MB Ageas Life in Vietnam launched its “We Care” branding campaign in 2021 sending a clear message to the community that we want to be there for our customers and the community at large when it matters. And through a range of different campaigns, that’s just what MB Ageas Life delivered such as “Covid Campaign”, the “Power of Caring” and “WeCare Run over K”.
During the “Covid campaign” MB Ageas Life stepped up to donate 10,000 online health consultations and Covid-19 rapid test kits to the community. To put this into context, many people in Vietnam lack access to even basic medical services and equipment. This nationwide campaign provided practical help. It was rolled out through various communications channels and supported also by the bank and agency channels. With some 33,000 visitors on the Facebook landing page, 10,000 registrations in just a month, 1,200,000 views on YouTube, 46 online articles viewed 94,000 times and more - the campaign was hailed a great success.
But the caring didn’t stop there… aligned with the cancer insurance products offered by MB Ageas Life, and to help spread the word on cancer prevention, the “Power of Caring” campaign was launched to encourage the community to join, involve and act together to prevent cancer by improving health, cancer screening and preparing financial plans.
A “WeCare Run over K” virtual running event was also organised with the goal of raising cancer awareness and supporting those individuals who are suffering from this disease. MB Ageas Life hopes that by surrounding cancer patients with care and love, they will be able to cope and overcome challenges from daily pain. Close to 7,500 runners put on their running shoes to cover a remarkable 72,000 kilometers showing just how much they care!
